1. Accept the consignor's order to book the shipping space. Obtain the necessary export documents from the consignor; arrange the delivery by means of transport or deliver the goods to the designated place by the consignor, and carefully check with the documents.

2. Customs declaration
(1) Customs declaration documents are generally: commercial invoice, packing list, commodity inspection certificate, declaration form of export goods. Some commodities need animal and plant quarantine certificate or certificate of origin, export foreign exchange verification form, export contract, etc.
(2) After the goods are inspected and accepted by the customs, the air waybill shall be made after the customs declaration is stamped with the acceptance seal.
(3) The accompanying documents of the goods provided by the consignee shall be placed at the back of the waybill; if the goods are centrally consigned, a centralized consignment list shall be made, and the list, all distribution bills and accompanying documents shall be packed into a letter bag and bound at the back of the waybill.
(4) Attach the prepared waybill label to each piece of goods. If it is a centralized shipment of goods, there must also be a separate waybill label.
(5) Hold the prepared air waybill to customs for clearance.
(6) Deliver the waybill with customs release seal together with the cargo to the airline, and the airline shall sign on the delivery receipt if the goods are correct.
(7) Centralized shipment of goods. Need to inform foreign agent by telex: flight number, waybill number, product name, number of pieces, gross weight, consignee, etc.
3. Connection of export transportation work between port export companies and mainland companies:
(1) The mainland company shall inform the port company in advance of the name, number of packages, gross weight and time requirements of the goods to be shipped, and prepare a distribution note, which shall be sent together with other documents or delivered to the port company together with the goods.
(2) The mainland company will deliver the goods to the port according to the specified time and place.
(3) The port company shall assign special personnel to undertake the goods delivered by mainland companies.
(4) The port company is responsible for booking the cabin with the airline; notifying the mainland company of the flight number, waybill number or total waybill number, and the mainland company will print the flight number and waybill number on the waybill. Deliver the distribution bill to the consignor for settlement of foreign exchange.

(1) The shipper is usually the beneficiary in the letter of credit. If the applicant requests the third party B / L for trade purposes, it may also do so.
(2) If a straight bill of lading is required, the name of the receiving company or the consignee can be filled in; if it is an order bill of lading, it should be filled in with "order" or "to order"; if it is necessary to list the order on the bill of lading, it can be made into "to order of shipper" and "to order of" according to different requirements Consignee) or "as directed by the bank"

(3) Notice Party refers to the addressee of the notice of arrival sent by the shipping company when the goods arrive at the port of destination, sometimes the importer. The bill of lading under the letter of credit, if the letter of credit has the right to specify the Notifying Party of the bill of lading, it must be filled in strictly according to the requirements of the letter of credit. If it is a straight bill of lading or a bill of lading instructed by the consignee, and the consignee has a detailed address, this column may not be filled in. If it is a blank order bill of lading or a shipper's order bill of lading, the name and detailed address of the person to be notified must be filled in this column. Otherwise, the ship's owner will not be able to contact the consignee, and the consignee will not be able to timely declare and pick up the goods, and even be confiscated because it exceeds the declaration time stipulated by the customs.
(4) B / L No. is usually listed in the upper right corner of the bill of lading, so as to facilitate work contact and check. When the shipper sends the shipping advice to the consignee, the name of the ship and the number of the bill of lading should also be listed.
(5) Name of vessel, the name and voyage of the ship loaded with the goods shall be filled in.
(6) The specific name of the actual loading port shall be filled in.
